Young Residence
Lake Winnipesaukee, NH

A seasonal camp on an island in Lake Winnipesaukee is being replaced with a year round residence. The footprint of the camp has to be retained to grandfather the proximity to the shore, but everything above will be new. Study models have been used to explore alternate configurations for a tower element, designed to capture a view across the lake to the Ossipee Mountains. Construction start fall 2004.
