This 27 unit condominium development, targeting Cambridge commuters and Arlington “empty nesters”, is located in the urban village of East Arlington near shops, restaurants, a movie theatre and the Minuteman Bike Path. Features of the Craftsman style building include covered parking, balconies, and a penthouse loft. The design received the unanimous approval of the Arlington Redevelopment Board at the first public hearing.
