Thornton Manor

The target market for this development was affluent “empty-nesters” looking for the feel of a single family home with condominium conveniences. The town of Concord wanted the rural character of the former farmland preserved.
 
The design cast the project as a manor house, surrounded by outbuildings and open land. The exteriors of the three buildings (fourplex, duplex, and a single family) are detailed to recall the grand manses of the Victorian era. The contemporary interiors feature volume ceilings and first floor master suites. The market response was exceptional; all units sold prior to completion.
