On multi-family projects my first task
is to understand the target market and then design a product
which suits the customers’ lifestyle. Equally important
to the success of the project are the skills I have acquired
over 20 years in commercial development—creatively interpreting
zoning laws to increase yield, presenting to and negotiating
with government agencies, and designing to the appropriate
price point.
